Team Members
Miller’s Dairy Delite is hiring energetic team members for customer service jobs to help create a fantastic experience for every customer who visits our stand.
• Greet customers and take orders
• Prepare menu items including ice cream, shakes, and food items
• Ring up orders on the cash register, including making change
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with opening, setup, and closing cleaning tasks
• Provide friendly customer service both in person and over the phone
We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people, stay positive during busy times, and thrive as part of a team.
Full time / Part time

Machine Cleaner
We’re hiring for our ice cream team at Miller's Dairy Delite and looking for a reliable team member to help keep our ice cream machines running smoothly and safely throughout the season.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing machines
• Hours: approximately 9:00 PM–12:00 AM; 3x/week
This role is ideal for someone dependable who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping equipment spotless and ready for service. If you're interested in customer service jobs that involve hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
Shift Leads
Dependable, motivated Shift Leads play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at Miller's Dairy Delite and supporting our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for customer service jobs in a fun and dynamic environment, especially as we are hiring ice cream team members to join us.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing team members during assigned shifts
• Ensuring friendly, efficient customer service
• Assisting with customer orders and food preparation as needed
• Cashing out and distributing team tips
• Locking up the stand at closing
• Taking trash cans out at night and bringing them back in the next day
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
Shift Leads should be comfortable taking initiative, staying organized during busy periods, and supporting younger or less experienced team members.
