Miller’s is owned by Sara, her husband, Krys, and Sara’s cousin, Amy — they are regular joined by their five kids (ages 7-10). You’ll often see them around the stand — helping out, greeting customers, or playing nearby.
In the 1950s, their grandfather ran a small ice cream stand in Buffalo. It didn’t last long — the stand closed when a thruway was built over it — but the memories did. There are still photos of his eight kids, around the same ages as today’s Miller kids, spending their summers behind the counter and growing up together.
